1 hour personal training sessions individuals: (Includes cardio program, working with weights and stretching. Each session will concentrate on either upper body work or lower body work. Also includes nutrition recommendations if client requests)
1 session - $80 per session
4 sessions - $280 ($70 per session) Includes 2 FREE assessments
8 sessions - $520 ($65 per session) Includes 3 FREE assessments
12 sessions - $660 ($55 per session) Includes 4 FREE assessments

Mileage Fees:
Up to 30 miles: FREE
Over 30 miles: $45

1 hour personal training sessions small group: (up to 4 people)
1 session - $320
4 sessions - $960
8 sessions - $1600
12 sessions - $1920

These training sessions can be working with free weights, weight machines, stability ball, bands and isometrics. They can also be aerobic sessions held at your location or in her studio including strip tease sculpt instruction, high/low impact aerobics and cardio kick aerobics.

Results may vary, but it generally takes at least 4 weeks of exercise and healthy nutrition before you’ll see results.

Payments are due before sessions begin. When purchasing packages payments for the entire package will be due prior to the first training session. Sessions are 1 hour sessions starting at the scheduled time and ending in 1 hour.
